Reservation: Expected number of attendees at the conference - 400
Expected number of exhibitors - 25
Confirmation: This is achieved when you buy your tickets online at our website www.acelondonschool.co.uk – Once payments received, the organiser will confirm the same by email to the delegates/ exhibitors/ sponsors
Payment in advance: For all bookings (Delegates, Exhibitors and Sponsors)
Client Cancellations: If an attendee [delegate] cancels, then a cancellation fee is applicable [£350 per delegate].
Exhibitors’ cancellation fees are 25% of their package costs. These fees is applicable due to the reservation costs of the venue and the attendee ticket replacement time-scale limitations.
Organiser Cancellations: The organiser has the right to cancel if unforeseen circumstances prevail. In the event of such circumstances an cancellation by the organiser, a full-refund is applicable.
Insurance: Our insurance covers attendees for the duration of their stay with us and covers unforeseen happenings [Force Majeure].
Compliance: The event Organisers comply with all contemporary health and safety legislation, predominantly the 1974 Health and Safety at work Act
Assessment: Organisers have conducted risk assessments and implemented the ongoing necessary measures.
