The tuition fee for your course will be as stated on the invoice you will receive from Ace London School. Students agree to pay the tuition fees on a proforma basis and once this is done an invitation letter will be sent. Airport transfers or accommodation will only be confirmed if all payment terms are met and proof of a successful visa application has been provided to Ace London School.

Course Entry Requirements
All courses at Ace London School have entry requirements: minimum age and educational entry qualifications.
If any information provided in the application is incorrect, Ace London School reserve the right to reconsider the application.

Booking Changes
- Booking changes incur fees as per the current price list.
- Airport transfer cancellations/ changes must be emailed to admissions@acelondonschool.co.uk at least 72 hours before the scheduled arrival; otherwise, full charges apply.
- Accommodation changes/ extensions are subject to availability and may incur extra charges.
- If the preferred accommodation is unavailable, a suitable alternative will be offered.
- Requests for accommodation changes/ extensions must be emailed to the admissions team and student support at least two weeks before the current booking ends.
- Residential extensions may require a change of room/ building; home-stay extensions may involve a host change.
- Students must cover transportation costs related to accommodation changes/ extensions.
Student Cancellation and Refund policy

- Course and accommodation fees are treated separately.
- Refunds will only be made to the same bank account or credit card used for payment.
- Cancellation notice must be emailed to admissions@acelondonschool.co.uk.
- Failure to notify by email will result in full charges being applied.
- For non-visa nationals, cancellations before arrival will incur a £150 administration fee.
- EU students have the right to cancel under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.
- For visa nationals, refunds due to visa refusal will incur a £150 administration fee, provided an official refusal letter is submitted.
- Visa refusal evidence must be received at least 72 hours before the course start date for a refund.
- Accommodation cancellations within 14 days before arrival, or "no shows," will be charged in full, and additional charges may apply based on accommodation type.
UK Visas & Compliance (courses booked in the UK only)
- It is the student's responsibility to obtain the necessary visa to study in the UK.
- Students should consult the British Embassy or High Commission and refer to the UKVI website at gov.uk/browse/visas-immigration/ student-visas.
- Ace London School complies with UKVI regulations and will share relevant information about student attendance and contact details.
- Students must immediately report any changes in contact details or circumstances affecting their immigration status.
- Restrictions apply to students from outside the EEA regarding working in the UK.
- Students found violating these restrictions will be reported to the UKVI and asked to leave the school.
- Students can take holidays only after completing 12 weeks of study and must comply with visa and attendance requirements.
- The school will be closed on public holidays and during the Christmas period. No reductions will be made for public holiday closures, and seasonal supplements may apply.
Medical and Accident Insurance & Medical Treatment
- All students must have appropriate insurance. Ace London School recommends travel-student insurance tailored to international students' needs.
- By accepting a place at Ace London School, students consent to emergency first aid being administered by trained staff if necessary.
- Ace London School and its staff are not liable for loss, damage, or injury to persons or property unless expressly required by law.
- Students are liable for any damage to school property or accommodation facilities and must compensate for any loss.
- Students must maintain respect for the property and well-being of others during their stay.
- Ace London School will take appropriate action to address liability issues in accordance with legal obligations.
